Dry Skin Rescue
January 2017 is in full swing and "brrrr", that biting cold that we've come to know all too well every winter in Iowa has set in. Our skin notices it too!
We tend to get drier skin, some flaking, maybe redness and irritation. Those of us who suffer from skin issues such as rosacea or eczema tend to feel the pain of it a bit more. This is the time to feed and nourish your skin with a little extra TLC. My skin care lines have some awesome remedies for you. Epionce skin care line is a miracle worker. Created by a dermatologist with a more natural, non-prescription drug oriented approach, has created with clinical studies a line of moisturizers that re-establish the moisture barrier of the skin. That moisture barrier is our protectant. It keeps the good stuff in and the bad stuff out, it is crucial to overall health of our skin. Think of it like your warm, fuzzy winter coat to shield you from the blistering cold temps and wind in the winter. When that barrier becomes compromised our skin doesn't function well and then we wind up with itchy, dry, irritated skin. No fun!
Don't neglect your skin that's telling you to help boost it and allow it to function for you at its best. Epionce renewal moisturizers are loaded with food for the skin. They have apple pectin, date, and avocado, along with lavender, citrus, and meadow foam to name a few. These come in various formulas dependent upon one's skin type and needs. There are also body lotions and creams for those of us that have dry legs, elbows, hands, feet, etc. They are all paraben free and safe for all skin types. If your skin is crying out for some relief and moisture these products could be your cure.
My Rhonda Allison skin care line also has a star product for that same concern. The Drops of Essence serum is loaded with your omega fatty acids, lavender, and geranium. It smells divine and smooths on the skin like a silk slip. Lovely!!! This product is a cure-all for dry skin, an everyday moisturizer for a dry skin type, an anti-inflammatory for compromised skin from a chemical peel or laser procedure that requires healing, as well as a soothing agent for skin rashes, eczema flare ups, diaper rash, cold sores, etc. This product should be in everyone's medicine cabinet!
And finally--
My new body care line, Naked Bee. Lightly scented, mostly organic, free of chemicals, and luscious! I have body and hand lotions, hand wash, foot balms, hand repair (my eczema stricken hands adore this!), natural perfumes, and "the bomb" tinted lip balms for kissable lips!! ;). There are a variety of natural fragrances to choose from including orange blossom, coconut honey, grapefruit and honey, and pomegranate and honey. These have all the good stuff and none of the bad.
Be kind and nurturing to that beautiful skin of yours and give it a boost this winter.
